Overview
We, Kingdom Logistics, are a contractor for FedEx seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting packages to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle materials efficiently. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate delivery of stock.
• Make deliveries in a timely manner.
• Make scheduled pickups.
• Maintain an organized and clean vehicle, performing routine inspections and basic mechanical checks.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and routes effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while driving and handling materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of minor vehicle issues.
• Experience operating 16-26 ft box trucks is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
